Things will be different after our work together.

Perhaps you have never seen a Therapist or Coach before, or perhaps you’ve worked with one in the past and found over time that nothing changed for you.

I am so happy that you are here!

Welcome! I’m Nicole Foxe

Instead, I focus on how to fill the gap between your present and future self.

To accomplish this in a truly individualized matter, I utilize warmth, sensitivity, and humor in my practice. While I am a good listener, my role is to provide you with actionable advice that meets your values and helps you achieve growth.

While I welcome anyone to try behavior-focused care, clients who are seeking venting/reflection-focused care will not be well served by me. I have an active treatment style. Clients who experience challenges with emotional regulation, have crisis care needs, or require alignment with politics will feel a disconnect with my behavioral lens. Instead, I focus on how to fill the gap between your present and future self.

While I have worked with thousands of patients and families in the past decade, I am best positioned to serve highly motivated women and men who wish to gain tangible results.

I need to know about you to provide the best possible care. We will formulate a treatment plan together as a team. You are in charge.I am highly skilled at creating authentic connections which is critical forming a trusting and productive relationship. This facilitates change that begins at the first session. As a long time Educator and Personal Trainer, I utilize this unique skill set creatively to motivate and inspire. I'm informal in style and highly relatable, and I will earn your trust.

Our first session is an opportunity to begin our work as a conversation, not a typical rote question and answer intake.

My communication style is direct, motivating, and conversational. I avoid therapy jargon in favor of speaking your language whether your background is law, finance, medicine or raising children at home. Since I am passionate about knowing you as a person, I will utilize the metaphors that reflect your interests. Therapy is meant to disrupt, question, and alter unhelpful patterns.

I am highly skilled at creating authentic connections which is critical toward forming a trusting and productive relationship.
